  • Maya S. Patel

    Maya S. Patel is a director and producer that has worked on award-winning projects for companies such as Concordia Studio, Participant Media, and Pulse Films. Over the course of her career, she has been mentored by Davis Guggenheim, Smriti Mundhra, Lauren Greenfield, Eva Orner, and Dev Benegal.

    Her recent short film “An Arrested Moment” for the Metropolitan Museum, won Best Documentary Short at New York Indian Film Festival 2025. In 2018, "The Price of Free" from Concordia Studio & Participant Media won the Grand Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival 2018 and was nominated for an Emmy.

  • Dev Benegal

    Dev Benegal is considered the pioneer of the next generation of Indian cinema. His first feature film, English, August, is acknowledged as a landmark film in contemporary Indian cinema. It won India’s highest award in cinema, was selected at MoMA’s New Director’s New Films and was the first Indian acquisition of 20th Century Fox. His second feature Split Wide Open also distributed by Fox premiered at the Venice International Film Festival and won multiple awards during its festival run.

    His feature Road, Movie, was an official selection at Atelier du Cannes. It was the opening night film at the Berlin Film Festival (Generation Plus) and was one of the first features to be distributed in the US by Robert De Niro & Jane Rosenthal’s Tribeca Films.

    He has produced over 60 short narrative films in his pioneering production program, 24×7 Making Movies. Dev is also a longtime advisor to the eQuinoxe Europe screenwriting workshop for film professionals. Their latest projects have been realized as several countries’ official submissions to the Oscars 2021.

  • Neeraj Jain

    Neeraj is a cinematographer and producer based out of Los Angeles and works globally. He studied at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts where he earned the Faculty Commendation in Cinematography. He has been mentored in the past by cinematographers such as Rodrigo Prieto, Tom Houghton, and Alwin Kuchler. 

    His first feature film, The Sound of The Wind (2020), was praised by critics for its cinematography. He also filmed select scenes of Made in Heaven S2 (2023) for Amazon Prime. Recently, he finished the basketball documentary Hoop Like This (2025), and Everything Is Not OK (2025).
